Stewardship at CCCS: October focus is the Food Bank
Teaching and modeling stewardship is a part of the mission of CCCS. Throughout September, our classes have been introduced to ideas that connect us with our Town and surroundings. The Patriots' Day ceremony and procession is an example of this.
Our focus for October is the Food Bank. This mission of Trinity Methodist Church provides a service that many families in our community rely upon. CCCS will conduct a canned food drive in early October.
Please bring canned food to school any day between now and Tuesday 10/13.
The Food Bank is also conducting a food drive at Food Lion on Saturday 10/3. We encourage all of our CCCS families to participate in this important cause.
